Do I need to understand WordPress?
No. I manage the technical side, and WordPress administrator access is not included by default.
Who owns my domain and content?
You own your brand, content, and domain. If I purchase and administer the domain, ownership and transfer terms are documented.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting, backups, security, maintenance, and technical support. Only Managed includes scheduled content changes.
How do Managed updates work?
You receive two scheduled submission windows each month, with one consolidated request of up to five small changes per window. Unused requests do not roll over.
What happens if I cancel?
Your agreement explains notice, final billing, domain transfer, and any website migration options before you purchase.
Can the website sell products directly?
This offer links customers to TPT. Direct ecommerce requires a separate quote.
