The classroom checklist section of your planner is wonderful for documentation of student activity. Once you type in your roster, you can use the grid for recording grades, marking checklist observation data, keeping track of forms that have been returned, and keeping track of your one on one meetings with individual students over time. Many teachers make it a goal to sit down with each student at least twice a month, for example.
